DPMS DR15 M4

The DPMS DR15 M4 is a 5.56 NATO semi-automatic rifle with a 16 inch M4-profile chrome-moly vanadium barrel. The barrel is phosphate finished, unlined, threaded 1/2"x28, and fitted with an A2-style muzzle device. The twist rate is 1:8.

Receivers are forged 7075-T6 in an M4 configuration. The gas system is carbine length with a .750 inch gas block diameter. Furniture includes a B5 SOPMOD stock, B5 Premium grip, and M4 handguards with heat shields. The fire control group is a Panther Polished Trigger. The bolt is Carpenter 158 and the carrier is full-auto profile. Overall length is 32 inches and weight is 6.8 lbs as configured.

This DR15 is well suited for range use, training, and general defensive applications. The B5 furniture and M4-style layout keep the carbine familiar and easy to run. The 30+1 capacity and 1:8 twist support common 5.56 loads.
